LIVIC implements ISO9001-2015 quality management system and the ASME/GB150 Pressure Vessel Code involving design, fabrication and inspection standards. Supplied Raw Materials Management
Critical management of suppliers: As an important part of quality control ,we choose every component critically from the beginning.
Positive Material Identification: Check all the indefinite materials by the specialized instruments from Germany
Dimension check: According to the drawings and specifications, check all the dimensions of the components
Strict management of material storing: The warehouse is divided into Qualified Product Area, Unqualified Product Area and Uninspected Product Area. Distinguish strictly the acceptable materials from the others, and correctly handle the defective raw materials. Only the qualified materials could be transferred to the next process.
Process Quality Control
Radiographic testing: a nondestructive testing (NDT) method of inspecting materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic (high energy photos) to penetrate various materials
Penetrant Testing:Find out the surface flaws as much as possible with the Capillary Phenomenon help
Filter Element Precision Detection:Inspect the micron range to make sure it is fine enough to strain out impurities.
Magnetic Flux Density Detection: The magnetic flux density must meet the demand of designing so as to achieve a perfect effect
Final Inspection
Surface Roughness Detection: Detecting the micro-height of the inner or outer surface to make sure the surface roughness is fine enough to satisfy the requirements from some special industries, such as food , pharmaceutical, and cosmetic fields
Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement: Make sure the final thickness satisfies the requirement of design minimum thickness
Hydrostatic Test: Design strength verification
Functional Test: Guarantee the function to satisfy the requests from clients
