Introduction
The PowerSEP® X400 High Performance Magnetic Filter is a brand new generation of iron remover launched by LIVIC, specifically for the lithium-ion battery industry to remove extremely fine iron and magnetic particles from both anode and cathode electrode slurries. The PowerSEP® X400 Filter features outstanding permanent magnetic iron removal performance and an extremely easy and fast operation experience. It can efficiently capture extremely fine iron and magnetic particles ranging in size from 0.5 to 100 μm. Compared to traditional multi-stage iron removers, both the de-ironing efficiency and operation efficiency of the PowerSEP® X400 Filter have been significantly improved, making it a faster and stronger new generation iron removingl solution.
Technical Features and Advantadges
Integrated Iron Removal System
The single-cylinder design integrates four stages of iron removal, with five magnetic bars per stage, allowing for multi-channel and multi-stage iron removal with robust capturing capabilities.
Automatic and Manual Cleaning Mechanism
Powered by the cylinder, the scraper ring automatically eliminates iron, effectively removing the vast majority of iron magnetic impurities from the surface of the magnetic rods. This is followed by a manual finishing step, ensuring easy and straightforward cleaning.
Optimized Flow Design
The design features a flow guide tube that precisely controls the distance and flow direction between the slurry and the magnetic rods. This ingenious approach significantly boosts iron removal performance, even with small clearances.
High-Grade Permanent Magnets
Equipped with top-grade neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets, each magnetic rod boasts an impressive intensity of 12,000 Gauss, delivering an exceptionally strong capturing capability for iron and magnetic impurities.
Quick-Open Cover Mechanism
The quick-open design incorporates robust clamps, allowing for swift and effortless opening and closing of the equipment cover.
Dual-Cylinder Lifting System
The dual-cylinder lifting mechanism elevates both the cover and all magnetic rods to the desired operational height.
Integrated Drain Valve
The integrated multi-way drain valve operates to efficiently drain the liquid from the bottom three chambers when necessary, and it can also be closed to effectively isolate these chambers.
Intelligent Pressure Monitoring
Featuring a high-sensitivity intelligent differential pressure transmitter, the system is designed to set differential pressure value alarms. These timely alerts prompt iron cleaning, ensuring no iron magnetic impurities escape.
Compact and Portable Design
With a minimal footprint, this equipment is conveniently easy to install and operate. Its true mobility means it can be effortlessly moved into a cleaning room for a comprehensive clean and readily adapts to changes in slurry types.
Efficient Slurry Management
