LIVIC supplies BASF with self-cleaning filter for a chemical project in Xinjiang

LIVIC was approved by BASF with a chemical project in Xinjiang and contracted in this September. LIVIC has passed the BASF test in design, manufacturing, quality control and service and will provide the self-cleaning filter ( flow: 2000m³/h of circulating cooling water) for the project. LIVIC’s XF Series filter can meet the harsh natural environment in Xinjiang Korla area, such as high concentration of chloride ion water, freezing temperature, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, anti freezing. Finally, LIVIC won the WPC and BASF’s approval.

XF Series filter introduction: XF series automatic back-flushing filter is a new generation self-cleaning filtration system independently designed by LIVIC, it is integrated with a number of slotted filter elements. When the filter elements are clogged a special designed back-flushing arm will clean the filter elements one by one.
